These terms and conditions (“Terms“) govern all users (defined as “users”, “you” and your“) that access and use the contents and services provided on jobsly.sg (Site)
Your access to and use of the information, materials and services provided on this Site is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with the Terms.
The Site is owned by Black White Sheep Pte Ltd and operated as jobsly.sg (in this document referred to as “we”, “us” and “our“).
Your continued use of this Site will be deemed as acceptance of these terms by you.
Access to and use of the contents and services provided on the Site shall be subject to the Privacy Statement and these Terms. If you do not accept either or both of the Privacy Statement and/or the Terms, please do not join, access, view, download or otherwise use any services offered by jobsly.sg via the Site. By your continued use of the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Statement and the Terms and that you agree to be bound by all of its provisions. jobsly.sg reserves the right to amend, add to, delete or revise the Privacy Statement and the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
You agree that information contained on this Site is for personal use only and may not be sold, redistributed or used for any commercial purpose (‘commercial purpose’ includes, but is not limited to, the use of advertiser contact details for unsolicited commercial correspondence).
You may download material from this Site for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices.
You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute in any way any material from this Site, including code and software. You must not use this Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.
You may not use data mining, robots, screen scraping, or similar data gathering and extraction tools on this Site for establishing, maintaining, advancing or reproducing information contained on our Site on your own website or in any other publication.
You acknowledge and agree that information published by jobsly.sg is intended to provide general information in summary form on market insights, legal and other issues. jobsly.sg does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of such information. It is solely your responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of all opinions, advice, services, merchandise and other information provided through the Site or on the Internet generally. In no event will jobsly.sg be liable to you or anyone else for any decision made or action taken by you or anyone else in reliance upon any information contained on or omitted from the Site.
The jobs surfaced in jobsly.sg’s search results, or linked from those results, have been created either using third parties’ content over which jobsly.sg exercises limited or no control or are posted directly by third parties’ using the Site. jobsly.sg’s job search results are indexed in an automated manner and jobsly.sg does not review, critique or screen the jobs. jobsly.sg assumes no responsibility for the content of any job listing or website that is either included in jobsly.sg’s search results or linked to by jobsly.sg. jobsly.sg does not endorse or recommend any of the jobs, business or self-employment opportunities advertised on its Site and jobsly.sg strongly recommends that prior to entering into any agreement with any of the Advertisers on the Site, that you obtain your own independent legal, accounting, financial or taxation advice as appropriate.
jobsly.sg welcomes ideas and feedback from you about all aspects of the Site. You agree that jobsly.sg may reproduce, distribute, transmit, create derivative works of, and publicly display any materials and other information (including ideas for new or improved products and services) that you submit to any public areas of the Site (such as bulletin boards, forums and newsgroups) or by email to enquiry@jobsly.sg. jobsly.sg disclaims any and all responsibility or liability for the accuracy, content, completeness, legality, reliability, or operability or availability of information or material displayed in the jobsly.sg results. jobsly.sg disclaims any responsibility for the deletion, failure to store, mis-delivery, or untimely delivery of any information or material. jobsly.sg disclaims any responsibility for any harm resulting from downloading or accessing any information or material on the Internet through jobsly.sg.
The jobsly.sg services, and all materials, information, products and services included in the jobsly.sg services are provided “as is,” with no warranties whatsoever. jobsly.sg expressly disclaims to the fullest extent permitted by law all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of proprietary rights. jobsly.sg disclaims any warranties regarding the security, reliability, timeliness, and performance of the jobsly.sg services. jobsly.sg disclaims any warranties for any information or advice obtained through the jobsly.sg services. jobsly.sg disclaims any warranties for services or goods received through or advertised on the jobsly.sg services or received through any links provided by jobsly.sg, as well as for any information or advice received through any links provided in the jobsly.sg services.
You understand and agree that you download or otherwise obtain material or data through the use of jobsly.sg services at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damages to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of such material or data.
Under no circumstances shall jobsly.sg be liable to any user on account of that user’s use or misuse of or reliance on the jobsly.sg services. Under no circumstances shall jobsly.sg be liable to any user for any claim relating to recovery of direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, and punitive damages whether such claim is based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, (even if jobsly.sg have been advised of the possibility of such damages). Such limitation of liability shall apply whether the damages arise from use or misuse of and reliance on the jobsly.sg services, from inability to use the jobsly.sg services, or from the interruption, suspension, or termination of the jobsly.sg services (including such damages incurred by third parties). This limitation shall also apply with respect to damages incurred by reason of other services or goods received through or advertised on the jobsly.sg services or received through any links provided in the jobsly.sg services, as well as by reason of any information or advice received through or advertised on the jobsly.sg services or received through any links provided in the jobsly.sg services. This limitation shall also apply to the costs of procurement of substitute goods or services, lost profits, or lost data. Such limitation shall further apply with respect to the performance or non-performance of the jobsly.sg services or any information or merchandise that appears on, or is linked or related in any way to, the jobsly.sg services. Such limitation shall apply notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy and to the fullest extent permitted by law. Some states or other jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.
“Sponsored Jobs” and “Company Logo” shall be collectively referred to “Product”.
- All logos and content are subject to approval from jobsly.sg. We reserve the right to reject any logo or content that we deem unsuitable for the Site.
- Advertisers must provide any image and/or logo specifications as per the Product specifications that can be provided upon request.
- Cancellation, refund or deferment of a trial or plan is not permitted unless otherwise agreed mutually by both parties.
- Sponsored Jobs will appear at the top of a search results page where the candidate search results query matches that of the Advertisers Job Ad. Where there is no set search query jobsly.sg site will randomly allocate the Sponsored Jobs for the search.
If any part of this agreement is held invalid that part shall be severed from this agreement and the remainder of this agreement will continue to be valid and enforceable. Termination of this agreement will not end those provisions that are capable of surviving the ending of this agreement.
jobsly.sg reserves the right to modify these Terms from time to time without notice.
The laws governing these Terms will be the laws in Singapore and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction the courts of Singapore.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND CONSENT
By signing up with our platform, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the above Data Protection Notice, and consent to the collection, use and disclosure of my personal data by Jobsly.sg for the purposes set out in the Notice. You will also be receiving information about the goods and services which may be provided by Jobsly.sg, including (but not limited to) offers, promotions and information about new goods and services, via the following channels.
